Have you ever gone overboard with giving somebody instructions on how to look after your pets? Last year, I became that person who gives more instructions for looking after their cats than others would for looking after their child. Reading them back now though, I do feel that Charlie and Socks wouldn’t expect anything less.
My poor sister-in-law clearly understood the level of VIFs (Very Important Felines) she was escorting back from the cattery and serving for one night. When her response was: “Oh God, I feel so much pressure to get it right”, I knew I had done Charlie proud!
Here are the instructions below. What do you think? Would your cat expect the same or does this barely cover the minimum your VIF would expect?

😂 I love your lists! Such demanding kitties 😉 Years ago, when we had many animals, I’d leave my best friend in charge while we were gone. I left very detailed instructions for both inside and outside animals. She’d get so nervous about getting everything right that she’d have nightmares prior to our trip, lol. But we always came back home to everyone safe and sound ❤
